We’re excited to announce a brand new feature in OpenCVE: the Query Builder! 🎉

Whether you’re new to OpenCVE or a seasoned user, creating advanced queries just got a whole lot easier.

With the new Query Builder, you can now generate advanced queries through a simple form. Just fill in the fields you’re interested in, like CVE ID, Description, Title, CWE, Vendor, Product, User Tag, or CVSS Score, and OpenCVE will automatically build the correct query syntax for you.

This tool helps you focus on your analysis, not syntax.

A few things to keep in mind:

• The Query Builder only supports AND-based queries. If you need more complex queries using OR or custom groupings, you’ll still need to write them manually.
• This is a one-way tool: it creates a query from form inputs, but does not parse an existing query back into the form.
